Production, maturation and marketing of anchovies in sunflower oil
This exclusive product is handcrafted using top-quality anchovy fillets caught in the Cantabrian Sea between April and June. Each fillet undergoes a salting process with ground H2 sea salt and is aged for a minimum of 12 months to achieve a deep and balanced flavour. Packed in sunflower oil, the anchovies retain all their freshness and flavour.
