Production, maturation and marketing of anchovies in sunflower oil

Our anchovies are caught in the Cantabrian Sea during the anchovy season between April and June, selected for their quality. After being caught, they are subjected to a salting process with H2 type sea salt and a minimum maturation period of 12 months , which ensures their intense and balanced flavour. This product is sold as semi-preserved , guaranteeing freshness with adequate refrigeration.

Each anchovy is selected and processed by hand, ensuring exceptional quality in each batch.
