What do we find in this product?
An organic premium extra virgin olive oil. It comes from olives from organic olive groves, mainly of the Hojiblanca and Picual varieties. Its quality is guaranteed by the Estepa Protected Designation of Origin and the SIQEV international seal.
To preserve its organoleptic properties intact, it is made cold. It adds a sweet touch to the spiciness and bitterness, achieving a perfect balance in its flavor.

The best with designation of origin
Oleoestepa is a cooperative society, formed by 17 oil mills located in the Estepa and Sierra Sur region, Seville and Puente Genil, Córdoba.
The environment is treated and respected with care and dedication, thus obtaining a product of the best quality. Once the fruits are collected, it is quickly transferred to the oil mills where, thanks to its industrial development and preparation, the tasks are carried out within hours of extraction to obtain maximum quality.
Only the fruits collected from organic olive trees are used for this oil.

Olive oil contains properties with numerous benefits for health and beauty, both closely related.
Of the oils, olive oil is the richest in oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat , with a beneficial effect on cholesterol.
It is a perfect natural cardiovascular protector . It has been proven that consuming olive oil prevents cell death, since it has among its antioxidant components and of all the oils the Picual variety has the highest content of them.
Due to its oleocanthal contents, olive oil has an anti-inflammatory action that could help reduce pain associated with the joints and muscles. A recent study determined that people who consume olive oil frequently in their diet have a lower incidence of cancer . This important effect could be related to its high content of oleic acid, which is the predominant fatty acid in this food.
