The artichoke is one of the seasonal vegetables of the fall and winter, since its harvest covers from October to April. It is a very complete food, since in addition to being able to cook in a myriad of ways, the properties of the artichoke are very beneficial for humans.

They are incredibly natural, clearly preserving the flavor of the fruit, with its slight bitterness, very delicate. The artichoke taste is not affected at all by citrus or foreign elements, being very certain the conservation in olive oil, which lubricates them. The creamy texture makes them melt in the mouth. The meticulous peeling and cutting, by hand, homogeneous, guarantees its tenderness and lack of hard or fibrous areas. The fruit comes from the Ribera Navarra and denotes great quality.
