Preparation mode
To carry out the tasting of these Anchovies, it is advisable to remove the can from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before consuming so that they are tempered. It is important not to heat them in the microwave, because both the butter and the anchovy would spoil.
Subsequently, after carefully opening the can, depending on the time you want to use, you can remove the anchovies with a toothpick or fork and consume directly from the can or, on the contrary, if you have more time and want to make a good presentation for your guests, you can follow the process that we tell you below to present this type of anchovies:
- The first thing, after opening the can, is to prepare a good dish where you will serve these delicious anchovies.
- The second step will be, with the help of a knife, gradually remove the butter from the can, a thin layer that you can take advantage of and use later as an accompaniment with toast, canapés or in the way you prefer. Everything is used!
- When the butter is removed, with a knife and a fork you will help yourself to take the anchovies out of the can one by one and put them stretched out on the plate you had prepared.
