- Condensed milk

Salt-Cured Tuna with Olive Tapenade, Tomato, Apricot, and Pine Nuts Toast
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 pieces of Salt-Cured Tuna
- 4 toasts (to your preference)
- 3 Tomatoes (such as pear or Ramallet tomatoes, juicy)
- Pine nuts
- Apricots (or any other sweet fruit)
- Chives
- 1/2 Lemon
* For the Olive Tapenade:
- Black olives (from Aragón)
- Capers
Preparation:
- Arrange the toasts.
- Wash the tomatoes.
Grate or peel them, remove the seeds, dice them, and drizzle with a generous amount of oil.
- Allow the anchovy slices to reach room temperature. Then place one on each toast. Soak them in oil to soften them.
- Serve the diced tomato and its oil as a side.
- For the olive tapenade: Blend all the ingredients finely. You can adjust the texture by adding more or less oil.
- Spread the olive tapenade over the salt-cured tuna to your liking.
- Drizzle with lemon juice. You can toast or not toast the pine nuts, distribute them to taste, and do the same with the apricots.
- Finely chop the chives and sprinkle them over.
