A magnificent tuna log in olive oil in a glass jar 425 gr. A delicacy that has been prepared after its capture in the summer months, in order to achieve, through the best raw material, the best bonito in the trunk at its point of salt and cleanliness.

A quality bonito that begins with the fishing of the specimens individually to prevent the fish's flesh from being hit or scratched, and continuing with a careful and artisanal elaboration to keep all its properties intact.
Albacore tuna vs Light tuna
The bonito del norte or albacore tuna is found in the north of Spain, the Cantabrian Sea. Its coastline begins in summer and lasts until October normally. To ensure quality, it is caught with selective fishing, one by one, obtaining a higher quality meat.
Light tuna is characterized by the yellow color of its fin, it is the most caught and the most used for canning. Although its flavor is pleasant and it is part of the Mediterranean diet, its quality is intermediate. It is a kind of open water of tropical and subtropical seas.
The bonito del norte is softer and more flavorful and has less fat than the light tuna.
