Conservation
Its conservation must be done in the refrigerator between 4º - 8º to guarantee its perfect condition.
For its consumption, it is convenient to remove the cheese to room temperature at least half an hour before so that it is tempered and we can appreciate all its flavor.
A different pairing for each cheese
Light and fresh wines, both white and red, fine wines and manzanilla wines from Andalusia, and sweet wines such as Moscatel and Malvasia.
Perfect to present on our cheese boards or to gratin pasta and fish.
Tasting Note:
Appearance: Round with brown rind.
Flavour: Lactic notes with a predominant smoky aroma.
Texture: Elastic paste and yellowish color with few eyes. Soft, flexible and elastic texture.
Taste: Mild and slightly smoky flavor.
