How to buy at anchosdeluxe gourmet shop

The purchase process is simple. You can start your purchase without registering. When the time comes the system will ask you to register and provide the data for shipping, payment (billing with nif or cif). Here is the process in video first and also in text so you don't have any problem:

1. Click on "My account" and register using a valid e-mail address and a password of your choice. You will need to provide us with at least one shipping address and your personal details for shipping and billing. You can have as many addresses as you need for your own and gift shipments.

2. At the top left you will find the main menu, hovering the cursor you will see all the categories available in each of them, where you will find our products. Select the one you want and you will be able to see our catalogue. 

3. Add the products you want to the cart. At the top right you have access to "My purchase", (also on the right side of the screen shop access to the cart), click there and access to see the details of your cart, products, units, amount. You can delete products, modify the quantity, finalize the order or continue shopping..

4. When you are ready to finalise your order, click on "Checkout" and follow the steps below. In "Addresses" you will be able to choose the delivery and billing addresses. You can also add new addresses.

5. Then select the "Shipping method". You will be able to leave us a message, e.g. "deliver in the afternoon". You can also leave a message for the recipient if it is a gift.

6. Finally select the "Payment method". Depending on the selected payment method, you will have to provide different information. Don't worry, our website is SSL certified and totally secure. In addition, we do not store any data from your cards or accounts.

You will then be redirected to a purchase confirmation page and you will receive an email with a summary of your purchase (if not, check your spam folder or call us to verify that the email is correct).

We will keep you informed of the status of your order by email, then the agency will notify you of the delivery and its time slot.

By accessing your user area by clicking on "My account" you can consult and modify your details and addresses, check your discount coupons, view your purchases and our loyalty programme.
