PAYMENT METHODS
The forms of payment accepted by anchoasdeluxe.com are the following:
1. Bank transfer

2. Credit / debit card (with 3D SECURITY code)
Payment by credit card is made through the secure payment gateway of Banco Santander. Once the purchase process is completed, the website will be redirected to said gateway, where personal data and bank card are entered.
Once the required data has been entered, payment verification is requested to guarantee maximum purchase security. To verify that you agree with the purchase, you must access the mobile app of your bank and accept the payment. With the verification completed, the payment is accepted and your order begins to be processed.
- 3D SECURE
Customers who pay for their orders by credit card will use the new 3DSecure payment system. It is the new form of payment developed by VISA and MASTERCARD that makes it possible to carry out secure purchases on the Internet and authenticates the buyer as the legitimate holder of the card they are using.
From now on you can only buy using this special PIN (secret key) for online purchases that your own bank must have previously provided. Remember that this special PIN is different from the PIN that you normally use at ATMs.
In this way, fraud on the network is impossible and guarantees total security in transactions. No person will know your card number or any information related to it.
How to buy with the 3Dsecure?
The process is similar to the one used previously.
When you choose the payment method by credit / debit card, we redirect you to the secure page (with data encryption) of our bank, where you will be asked for the number and expiration date of your card as it has been doing until now.
At this point, you will go to a screen in which the bank will ask you for this special PIN (secret code) that you have previously requested from your bank or the coordinate code if you use electronic banking with your bank. It is also possible that you will be asked to enter some more information such as your ID or your passport.
Finally, you will see a page that will indicate the status of your payment, if the operation has been authorized by the bank, the authorization code will be provided. You can print this page. You must press the "Close" button to finish the purchase process. At this time you will return to our website where we will thank you for buying with us.
American Express
American express payment cards are accepted in this establishment, as long as payments are made from Europe, with European cards.
3. PayPal
Through the secure PayPal gateway you can pay by credit card VISA, MASTERCARD or associated with the PayPal account. At the end of the purchase process, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal page to proceed with the payment.

4. Bizum
To use this payment method, you need to be able to access bizum from your bank. Once you have selected the Bizum method in the last step of your purchase, you must enter the previously generated PIN key in your access to bizum
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments can be processed only if billing information can be verified. If paying by credit / debit card, we will deduct the amount as soon as the order leaves our warehouse for delivery. If your order is personalized, the amount will be discounted as soon as we start to prepare your order.
Keep in mind that if you pay by bank transfer, we will send your order after receiving your payment or we will start to elaborate it in case it is a personalized product. The bank transfer may take a few days to become effective in our system. If after 15 calendar days, counted from having placed your order, the money has not been received, it will be canceled.
Warranty
The clients of HACIENDO ECOMMERCE S.L.U. they benefit from the guarantee given in the articles.
Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty.
Losses in the functionality of the items, due to their design limitations, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.
