Extra Virgin Olive Oil Casas de Hualdo, 500ml
What do we find in this Casas de Hualdo extra virgin olive oil?
Extra virgin olive oil made with the Catalan Arbequina olive variety. This type of olive gives it a medium intensity with a predominance of fruit notes over bitter and spicy.
Although traditionally this oil has been used on toast for breakfast, this oil pairs perfectly with salads, seafood, poultry and fatty fish as well as with grilled vegetables.
Main features
- Variety: Arbequina
- Origin: Toledo
- Tasting: Reminiscences of tomato leaf, freshly cut grass, artichoke, apple and banana. When you taste it, you can appreciate its structure and unctuousness, which make it truly interesting.
Houses of Hualdo
In 1986, Francisco Riberas acquired the La Ventilla estate, in El Carpio de Tajo (Toledo), to begin his career in the agricultural business.
Almost ten years later, in 1996, he undertook an ambitious transformation of the estate, planting up to 300,000 olive trees. The favorable conditions of the area, and the careful dedication applied in its care, make the crop behave generously, giving us a delicate olive of unbeatable quality.
Only from a deep respect and knowledge of the environment, combining the peaceful enjoyment of the countryside with the most modern agricultural management techniques, have the most precious attributes of this millennial fruit been able to express themselves in all their excellence.
This oil aims to be a simple tribute from his family and all those who had the privilege of working with him, to the unrepeatable person of Francisco Riberas, who never saw the culmination of that project.
