Since its foundation in 1989, Hacienda Vadolivo® has been established at the base of the Sierra Cazorla natural park, specializing in the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil. Over the years, the company has experienced sustained growth and in 2002 began a major expansion phase. This progress included the acquisition and modernization of several properties in different locations in the province, which facilitated the transition to organic farming practices and allowed us to cultivate unique extra virgin olive oils, characterized by their distinguished organoleptic qualities.
The expansion process has continued with the addition of four strategically located mills in key locations in Jaén, including the historically relevant Casa Grande in Sierra Morena and Potosi 10 in Sierra de Segura. These acquisitions reinforce our commitment to excellence and innovation in the production of our extra virgin olive oil.
