Gildas de boquerón is an aperitif composed of the best quality Cantabrian anchovies, chilli peppers and stuffed olives. The container has a plastic lid to be able to close and consume on several occasions.

Conservas Pujadó Solano dates back to the 70s when Milagros Solano, daughter of the Cantabrian town of Santoña, top of the anchovy, from a family with a seafaring tradition and the salting of anchovies, decided, with her entrepreneurial spirit and the unconditional help of her husband Alfonso Pujadó, founding the company in Barcelona in 1984.
