The scorpionfish is a rock fish, it lives camouflaged among the rocks and the most inaccessible cliffs of the Cantabrian Sea, pink in color and somewhat ugly in appearance. This tasty fish that is cooked in different ways, grilled and baked for example. You can get its nuances from this fish with a different flavor if it is made as pate de cabracho or cabracho pudding, very typical in the north of Spain. This pate de cabracho is enjoyed on a toast of bread, alone or accompanied by a pinch of mayonnaise, with a creamy and special flavor, it is well received for skewers and snacks within the preambles of a meal or dinner.

The Ana María canning company is a family business created in 1997 in Santoña. Its production is focused on the artisanal manufacture of Cantabrian anchovies having tradition and quality as a symbol, selecting the best specimens from the best fishing grounds.
Currently they have expanded and have broadened their offer with another range of products, such as canned tuna from the north, belly ... finding a wide and careful selection from the sea, having positioned itself as a national benchmark canning company.
