Conservation
Its conservation must be done in the refrigerator between 4º - 8º to guarantee its perfect condition.
For its consumption, it is convenient to remove the cheese to room temperature at least half an hour before so that it is tempered and we can appreciate all its flavor.

Perfect pairing with young red, rosé and very cold whites . As it could not be otherwise due to its origin, it also goes perfectly with cider at a not too low temperature .
