Agricultural rum patiently aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years.

It ages gracefully and gets its rich complexity from the alternate use of new French oak barrels and bourbon barrels.

The aging is static instead of solera, which ensures the old age of the product, a rarity in Spain.

This company is one of the few still active distilleries in Martinique. Today, after more than 200 years old, they continue to make the most elegant rum in the area.

Founded by the prestigious doctor Homerè Clément, this distillery passed from his hands to that of his sons and was later acquired by Bernard Hayot.

Clément makes the best agricultural rum produced exclusively in the French West Indies through the distillation of sugar cane.

Martinique rums are the only ones that are part of a Controlled Designation of Origin and therefore have to comply with high control systems.
