Isabel Rubio, known by the nickname Kiki , cooked elaborate dishes and recipes daily for her large family made up of her husband and their 8 children. He made all kinds of stews but his great specialty and star dish was tomato sauce .

Such was the great flavor of its sauce that it became essential in all family reunions and celebrations and, with the passage of time, both relatives and neighbors and acquaintances began to ask for jars of this wonderful sauce to have in their homes. .

Since those requests were increasing day after day, Kiki thought that she could turn her great recipe into a small family business together with her husband.

Over time, it has been two of his sons, Máximo and Kiko, and later his grandchildren who have been expanding the catalog of sauces and products made by this family project.
