What do we find in this product?
Cod is one of the greatest delicacies of our seas. During its production process, it is lightly cooked and the skin and spine are manually removed.
Once placed in the can, a homemade Biscay sauce based on chorizo, red pepper and onion is added. A traditional recipe that, together with some cooked potatoes or white rice, will delight the most demanding palates. It comes in a 650gr format.
