Menade Winery
Menade has been a pioneer winery in organic cultivation and the only one in the DO Rueda to achieve the certificate of guaranteed organic viticulture. In this Verdejo aromas of white fruit stand out, interspersed with nuances of a herbaceous nature (notes of bay leaf, fennel and aromatic scrub plants such as thyme). On the palate it is dry, tasty and balanced .

Tasting note
View: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright.
Nose: Concentration of variant aromas and minerals. Aromas of white fruit stand out, intermingled with herbaceous nuances (notes of bay leaf, fennel and aromatic scrub plants such as thyme)
Mouth: Dry, tasty and balanced. Certain bitter touches typical of Verdejo, round and with volume. The natural acidity sustains an elegant and long finish.
