Each cannery selects the largest specimens from each season's catch. The loins obtained from these specimens after the salting period are used exclusively for these formats .

This feature makes this can the most sought after by lovers of large anchovies, also known as 00.

It should be noted that since the size depends on the catch of each shoreline , the loins are not always the same size.

With this gift box we can taste the large anchovies made by Del Ponto, Solano Arriola, Rueda and Don Bocarte .

Accompanying this main format, we can discover the 95gr can of both Il Nonno and El Capricho . In this format we will find approximately 18 medium- sized loins .

In order to taste the anchovies in their optimal state, remember to take the can you are going to consume half an hour before from the fridge , to ensure that the oil has completely dissolved and the loins are loose and accessible.
