In this wooden gift box we enter a selection of all the formats that the Anchoas MA Revilla canning company offers us.

As is well known, anchovies are semi- preserved, so they have to be kept cold until they are consumed . In the case of anchovies in oil , it is recommended to leave them at room temperature for 30 minutes before tasting .

In the case of anchovies in butter , it is necessary to leave them for approximately 1 hour at room temperature so that the butter softens and we can remove the anchovies more easily. The time will vary depending on the temperature.

Never put the anchovies in the microwave to soften the butter, this will make the anchovies lose their quality.
