This format was designed just for this type of occasion , in which you want to enjoy an anchovy but you are not going to eat 15 fillets. In these cans you will find between 8 to 10 fillets , depending on the preserve, all of them made with Cantabrian anchovy caught during the spring coastal season.

A fundamental step for your aperitif to be perfect, take the cans that you are going to eat 30 minutes before from the fridge . With this simple gesture you will ensure that the oil is completely liquid, ensuring that it is a mere companion to the anchovies.
